Review for Gore Bike Wear Women's Phantom SO Jacket, Dream Blue/Black, Small.I purchased this jacket to wear while cycling in the mid 30's. The jacket is warm and yet it allows for some ventilation. I wear a base layer and a long sleeve jersey underneath. I have not tried it in the rain neither have I removed the sleeves yet. I purchased and returned 3 jackets prior to buying this one.
